Services Grounded In Compassion

Services are grounded in compassionate, evidence-based care and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, family, or relationship.
In a supportive and confidential space, the work focuses on building insight, strengthening communication, and developing practical tools that foster meaningful, lasting change—whether you are seeking personal support, guidance as a parent, healthier relational patterns, or professional growth as a clinician.

My fees reflect the time, training, and care I bring to each session.
Personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals. Together, we will explore challenges, identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful and lasting change. Sessions take place in a confidential, supportive, and safe environment.

My practice operates on an out-of-pocket (self-pay) model. This structure allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without the limitations imposed by insurance plans. I can provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee slots to support accessibility. Please feel free to inquire if a lower fee would make services more manageable for you.

How To Get Started
01 | All new clients begin with a required 15-minute complimentary consultation. This allows us to connect, clarify what you’re looking for, and determine whether working together is the right fit.

02 | If we move forward, you’ll complete a secure intake form prior to your first session so our work can begin with focus and intention.

Sessions are offered via telehealth for clients within the appropriate age range. Scheduling, cancellation, and waitlist policies are reviewed during the intake process. The first session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy, clarifying your goals, and beginning to develop a collaborative plan for our work together.
