Clinical Services
Services are grounded in evidence-based practice and tailored to the needs of each individual, family, or relationship. I work with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of emotional, relational, and developmental concerns, with care shaped by each client’s goals, history, and context.
The focus of treatment is on understanding patterns, strengthening communication, and developing practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. Clients may seek therapy for personal growth, parenting support, relationship concerns, or professional development, with care tailored to the specific goals and challenges they bring.

Fees are based on the time, training, and level of clinical care provided in each session.
Individual therapy offers focused, one-on-one support tailored to your goals, concerns, and life context. In sessions, we explore current challenges, identify patterns, build insight, and develop practical strategies to support meaningful, lasting change.

and certain Blue Cross Blue Shield plans through Carelon Behavioral Health.

A NOTE ON PRIVATE PAY, INSURANCE, & REDUCED FEES
I welcome both insurance-based and private-pay clients and allocate appointments thoughtfully across each to support a balanced and sustainable practice model.
Private-pay care offers greater clinical flexibility, enhanced confidentiality, and the ability to access treatment without certain insurance requirements, such as diagnostic reporting or utilization review.
Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement, and a limited number of reduced-fee options are offered to support accessibility.

How To Get Started
1 | Schedule a 15-minute Consultation: All new clients begin with a brief consultation call. This gives us an opportunity to connect, discuss what you are looking for, and determine whether working together is the right fit.
2 | Complete Intake Forms: If we decide to move forward, you will complete a secure intake prior to your first session so that our work can begin with clarity and focus.

3 | Your First Session: The initial session focuses on understanding what brings you to therapy, clarifying your goals, and beginning to develop a collaborative plan for our work together.

Sessions are offered via secure Telehealth for clients within the appropriate age range. Scheduling, cancellation, and waitlist policies are reviewed as part of the intake process.
