Myta Psychological Services, PLLC is a New York–registered Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC) owned and operated by Alexa Myta, PsyD, a licensed psychologist in New York and Massachusetts. Services are provided in New York on a private-pay basis and in Massachusetts through private pay and insurance, as applicable.

Professional Licensing

Services are provided in accordance with the legal and ethical standards of the New York State Education Department, the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Psychologists, and applicable professional codes of conduct.

The practice is structured as a Professional Limited Liability Company (PLLC) in accordance with state regulations governing the delivery of licensed psychological services. This structure supports appropriate professional oversight, regulatory compliance, and the handling of protected health information.

Good Faith Estimates (No Surprises Act)

Clients who are self-pay or uninsured are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services. This estimate is available upon request and will be provided prior to the start of treatment.

Records & Documentation

Clinical records are maintained in a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic system. Clients may request access to or copies of their records in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
