Good Faith Estimates (No Surprises Act)

Clients who self-pay or are uninsured will receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of treatment. This estimate is provided upon request and before services begin.

Clinical records are maintained in a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic system. You may request to review or obtain copies of your records in accordance with state and federal law.
